CosMediQ Hair Transplant and Skin Clinic is currently seeking experienced and dedicated Business Development Executive to join our team in Whitefield, Bengaluru. As a leading provider of skin and hair care services, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and personalized treatment plans to our valued patients.

Founded by JIPMER alumni, our clinic boasts a team of highly skilled professionals who adhere to the latest protocols and personalized care approaches.
Having expanded to three branches in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, and served over 5000 satisfied customers with 2000+ procedures conducted, we are excited to extend our services to Whitefield, Bangalore. Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
○ Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential
areas for business growth within the healthcare sector.
○ Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to inform strategic
decision-making.
Business Expansion:
○ Identify and prioritize target markets, segments, and potential clients for business development initiatives.
○ Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and acquire new clients.
Client Relationship Management:
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including
healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other relevant
entities.
○ Understand client needs and requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to
develop tailored solutions that address client challenges and objectives.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
○ Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
○ Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals through proactive sales efforts and effective pipeline management.
Collaboration and Coordination:
○ Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development,
and operations, to ensure alignment of business objectives and successful
execution of initiatives.
○ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and
services to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Fieldwork and Travel:
○ Conduct regular visits to client sites, industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships, gather market intelligence, and promote company offerings.
○ Travel within assigned territory or region as needed to meet business objectives. Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
● Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably within the healthcare industry.
● Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including knowledge of healthcare systems, providers, regulations, and trends.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
● Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving
revenue growth.
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment.
● Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
