Job Description

Identify and target training institutes in Delhi to introduce Erekrut's recruitment platform. Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of Erekrut. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the training institutes. Understand the recruitment needs and challenges faced by the institutes and provide suitable solutions using Erekrut. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of Erekrut for the clients. Provide ongoing support and excellent customer service to maintain long-term relationships with clients. Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market conditions to effectively position Erekrut's value proposition. Requirements: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the education or recruitment industry. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the benefits of Erekrut.
