Job Description
- Conducting market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to promote the bank's products and services
- Meeting sales targets and objectives set by the sales manager
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to customers
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Keeping up-to-date with banking industry trends and competitor activities
- Attending sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to improve sales skills and knowledge
- Preparing and submitting regular sales reports to management for review
- Managing assigned territory effectively to maximize sales opportunities
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines.
