Job Description

- Travel to various client locations to assess staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Build relationships with clients to understand their business goals and hiring requirements
- Source and screen candidates through job postings, social media, and networking events
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications for specific job roles
- Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview schedules
- Provide feedback and coaching to candidates to improve their interviewing skills
- Negotiate job offers and close placements to meet client expectations
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure successful placements
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
