Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) On boarding new clients.
2) Informing potential clients about the company's Financial products/services and special offers.
3) Timely management of calls
4) Identify the needs and desires of clients, clarifying information whenever possible
5) Responding to clients concern, grievance and ideas in a timely manner.
6) Noting key points from each conversation.
Qualification required:
1) Graduation from any stream
2) Basic Excel knowledge
3) Good communication skills both Hindi and English.
Job location: Nehru Place(South Delhi)
Salary: Rs 14,000/--22,000/- PM (Excluding Incentives)
Job type: Full time/ permanent
Note:
It is purely a Work From Office profile. We do not offer any Work From Home /Part Time job.
