The Female HR Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop creative recruitment strategies. Additionally, this role will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to prioritize multiple tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing candidates to interviewing and negotiating job offers
- Build and maintain partnership with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify potential candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Collaborate with HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
