Job Description
Requirements:
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Excellent communication skills and leadership ability.
- Knowledge of House Keeping Materials/Chemicals and Machinery/Equipment’s.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company and good with conflict management.
- Ideal Candidate should be from Gujarat or have lived in Gujarat from last 5-10 years. Duties and Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cricket stadium, including maintenance, cleanliness, and security to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for spectators, players, and staff.
- Planning and coordinating cricket matches, tournaments, and other events hosted at the stadium. This involves scheduling, logistics management, and ensuring all necessary resources are available.
- Promoting and implementing sustainable practices within the stadium operations, including waste management, energy conservation, and eco-friendly initiatives.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and enhancing operational efficiency to optimize stadium performance and visitor satisfaction.
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
