Job Description
- Assist in coordinating international shipments and customs clearance
- Research and analyze international market trends and potential customers
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and overseas clients
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for export and import activities
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Provide administrative support for the export-import team
- Assist in resolving any issues or disputes related to export-import processes
- Learn and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing international trade
- Participate in training and educational opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in the field
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the export-import department at MATRIX EXPORTS
