Job Description
- Lead the design team in creating innovative and visually appealing marketing materials
- Oversee the development and implementation of graphics for print and digital platforms
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure consistency in messaging and design
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Corel Draw to create high-quality graphics
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design quality
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all materials
- Uphold a high standard of design excellence and ensure all work aligns with company values and goals.
