Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Managing Director (MD). The ideal candidate will act as the point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of day-to-day responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Managing Director and support in daily business activities.
- Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the MD.
- Draft, edit, and prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain schedules, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes when required.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to draft professional documents, letters, and presentations.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent the MD in communications.
Salary: 30k
