Job Title: Executive Assistant
Company: SHAKKR Foods India Pvt. Ltd.
Experience: Minimum 3 - 4 Years
Location: New Delhi
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Director in day-to-day business operations. The candidate should be capable of handling confidential information, coordinating meetings and ensuring seamless execution of tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar and appointments.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare MOMs.
- Handle internal and external communication.
- Follow up with departments and vendors.
- Prepare reports, presentations and documents.
- Organize travel and schedules when required.
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant (Mandatory).
- Freshers will not be considered.
- Experience in hospitality, premium retail, gifting, events or allied industries is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
