Job Title: Executive Assistant (Automobile)
Location: Gurugram
Department: Administration / Management
Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)
Experience: 2–5 Years (Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience may also be considered based on suitability.)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and company standards)
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide administrative and coordination support to senior management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, along with a basic understanding of the automobile industry.
This role requires someone who can efficiently manage schedules, coordinate across departments, maintain confidentiality, and ensure the smooth execution of daily administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the calendar, appointments, meetings, and schedules of senior management.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Service, Parts, HR, and Accounts.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence professionally.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings (MoM).
- Maintain confidential records, files, and important business documents.
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and local transportation as required.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support daily office administration and management coordination.
- Assist senior management during audits, business meetings, and corporate events.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and various departments.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Basic understanding of automobile dealership operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Certification in Office Administration, Business Administration, or Office Management will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator.
- Experience in an automobile dealership, automotive company, workshop, or related industry will be preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
