Job Description
- Clear Communication skills to ensure instructions are effectively communicated to exam takers
- Client Handling and Communication abilities to interact professionally with candidates and answer any inquiries
- Collaboration Skills to work closely with other invigilators and staff to ensure smooth running of exams
- Screening of candidates to verify their identity and prevent any cheating or misconduct during exams
- Monitoring exam rooms to ensure a secure and controlled testing environment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure exams run according to schedule
- Ability to adapt to different exam formats and procedures
- Attention to detail to accurately follow exam instructions and protocols
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records of exam attendance and incidents.
