Job Description
Reports to Operations Head.
* Job Overview:
The Sr. Engineer QMS will be the face of the quality system and will be reviewing the quality team daily regarding the same, guiding them and resolving typical issues. He will also be reporting monthly quality analyses to the management and providing solutions to overcome the gaps.
* Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Taking daily reviews of the team.
2. Providing targets and handholding with the team.
3. Customer visits to resolve QMS concerns.
4. Conducting customer and supplier audits.
5. Monthly analysis presentation to the management.
6. Providing training to the team.
7. Ensuring 5S in the company
8. Reducing the cost of poor quality (COPQ).
9. Ensuring the QMS System is maintained.
10.Improving customer ratings.
* Qualifications:
1. B.Tech is compulsory.
2. Excellent knowledge of QMS Systems.
3. Certified internal auditors as per IATF guidelines are preferred.
4. Should be able to manage a team of 10 people.
5. Communication skills should be good.
6. Should be technically sound in sheet metal manufacturing processes.
7. Experience of at least 5-8 years is mandatory.
8. Locals from Faridabad are preferred.
9. Should have a good knowledge of how a Tier 2 Automotive industry works.
10.Should have experience in MACE audit preparation and prior exp. of
qualifying the same.
* Salary Offered:
CTC Rs.30,000 – 35,000/Month, depending on experience and our criteria matching.
