Job Description
Provide Expert Guidance: Engage with parents and students to understand their academic goals and aspirations. Offer expert advice and detailed information about study abroad options, including suitable courses, universities, and potential career paths.
Student and Parent Counselling: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and their parents to address their queries, and concerns, and help them navigate the study abroad application process.
Course and University Selection: Assist students in choosing the most suitable courses and universities based on their academic background, interests, and career objectives.
Application Assistance: Guide students through the application procedures, including preparing required documents, submitting applications, and meeting deadlines.
Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to potential students and parents, explain the benefits of studying abroad, and generate leads for the institute.
Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students to nurture their interest and address any concerns or queries they may have.
Organize Seminars and Workshops: Plan and conduct seminars and workshops to provide information about studying abroad and highlight the institute's services.
Institute Coordination: Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the institute.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends in international education, visa regulations, and changes in admission criteria for various universities.
