Job Description
- Conducting interviews with domestic candidates for various positions
- Reviewing resumes and applications to determine qualification for open positions
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and preferences
- Posting job listings on various platforms and social media channels
- Sourcing candidates through networking, referrals, and online job boards
- Screening applicants to ensure they meet job requirements and align with company culture
- Coordinating interviews and follow-up communication with candidates
- Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs
- Assisting with onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
