Job Description
- Responsible for collecting and organizing various documents from clients
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of all documents
- Ensure all documents are properly labeled and filed
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather additional information as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to request and obtain necessary documents
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely submission of required documents
- Utilize document management software to store and retrieve files
- Collaborate with team members to streamline document collection processes
- Assist in developing and implementing document collection best practices for the organization
