Job Description
We are seeking a talented and driven SEO/Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns across various online platforms.
Responsibilities:
● Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, social media, email, and display advertising.
● Manage and monitor online advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
● Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
● Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
● Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
● Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to drive growth.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● Proven experience in executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
● Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
● Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads certification) are a plus.
