Job brief

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts for BIM projects and Training who is well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing.

Job Description

Ø Plan and execute all BIM digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

Ø Design, build and maintain our social media presence

Ø Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc.)

Ø Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Ø Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Ø Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Ø Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

Ø Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Ø Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Requirements and skills

Ø Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role

Ø Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

Ø Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM

Ø Working knowledge of ad serving tools

Ø Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)

Ø Skills and experience in creative content writing

Ø Analytical mindset and critical thinking

Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ø Any Bachelor Degree in marketing or relevant field
