We are seeking a DevOps professional to join our team at Naghavi Financial Services Private Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing our CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, and automating deployment processes. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AWS services, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and scripting languages such as Python or Bash. A proven track record of implementing DevOps best practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment strategies is essential. Job Description

- Design, implement, and maintain automated processes for the deployment and operation of our financial systems
- Collaborate with software developers, system operators, and other team members to manage code releases
- Monitor system health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met for all software and infrastructure deployments
- Continuously improve the efficiency and reliability of our software delivery pipeline
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies related to DevOps
- Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support of production systems
- Document processes and procedures for deployments, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Work with various cloud platforms, like AWS or Azure, to optimize cloud infrastructure for our financial applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 2+ years of experience in DevOps role
