Job Description
- Troubleshoot and resolve end user technical issues in a timely manner
- Install, upgrade, and configure desktop operating systems and applications
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on desktop systems
- Assist with the setup and deployment of new desktop equipment
- Maintain inventory of desktop hardware and software
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for desktop support
- Document and communicate solutions to technical issues effectively
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
