Job Description
-Enter and update customer information into company database
-Verify accuracy of data entered and make corrections as needed
-Prepare and maintain reports and spreadsheets for management
-Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information
-Communicate with customers regarding any discrepancies or missing information
-Work closely with team members to ensure efficient data entry processes
-Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of data entry software
-Previous experience in a data entry role preferred, but not required
