Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone for a variety of inquiries and issues
- Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
- Update customer information in the database accurately
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or supervisors
- Follow company policies and procedures while assisting customers
