Job Description
Join our team for the position of Customer Support Representative in our International Voice Process. Located conveniently with a 5-day work week and 2 days off, along with provided two-way cab service, we're seeking individuals with outstanding communication skills to provide exceptional support to our global clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from international customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely and accurate assistance while maintaining professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Utilize company systems and resources effectively to document customer interactions and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum PUC/Graduation qualification. Excellent communication skills in English.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
