Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions using our CRM system
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer problems
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and industry trends
- Assist with training new team members on customer support procedures
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes
- Meet established performance metrics for customer satisfaction and resolution times
- Continuously seek feedback from customers to improve overall service quality.
