Object IT is seeking a Customer Support representative to provide top-notch assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing timely resolutions. Responsibilities also include managing customer accounts, documenting interactions, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer support for clients using Object IT software products
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through problem resolution
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system
- Collaborate with the product development team to communicate customer feedback and assist with software improvements
- Stay current on product updates and communicate changes to customers as needed
- Meet customer satisfaction metrics and strive to exceed customer expectations
- Assist in the creation of customer support resources such as FAQs and tutorials
- Participate in training sessions to continually improve product knowledge and customer service skills
- Embrace a teamwork mentality and always work towards the overall success of Object IT's customer support department

Salary : 18k-20k ( Fresher ) , Experience ( based on performance )
