Job Description

- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients through phone, email, and chat
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Communicate product updates and changes to customers in a clear and professional manner
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions
- Meet or exceed customer support metrics and goals.
