Job Description
- Provide customer support via email, phone, and live chat
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product or service related questions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and follow-up
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve department goals.
