Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other teams to address customer concerns and improve processes
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to better assist customers
- Meet or exceed customer service KPIs and goals
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to customers
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development to enhance customer support capabilities
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality support to customers.
Salary: 15K
Shift: 5 Days working with 2 Rorational Off
