Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and shipping
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Meet or exceed customer service SLAs and KPIs
- Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
