- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Work closely with the sales team to provide seamless customer experience
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Be proactive in identifying potential issues and escalating to management when necessary
- Ability to multitask and prioritize customer requests efficiently
- Demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with escalated customer concerns.
