Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Build strong relationships with customers and enhance their overall experience
- Troubleshoot problems and provide technical assistance for our platform
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and update information in the CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on product features and improvements to effectively assist customers
- Identify and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate channels
- Proactively seek feedback from customers to improve our services
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer support satisfaction.
