Keikovastra is seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. You will help resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate records of interactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer service orientation. Previous experience in a customer support role and knowledge of CRM software are preferred. If you are passionate about providing top-notch customer service and have a desire to help customers succeed, we would love to hear from you.

Job Description

- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and issues via phone, email, and live chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Identify and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department
- Proactively seek feedback from customers to improve service quality
- Assist in updating self-service tools and knowledge base for customer support
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
