Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and issues via phone, email, and live chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Identify and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department
- Proactively seek feedback from customers to improve service quality
- Assist in updating self-service tools and knowledge base for customer support
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
