Job Description
We are hiring for Customer Support Executive/Technical Support Executive
Responsibilities:
Ø To escalate the queries of the customer via call, phone & Chat, mail.
Ø Resolve the customer issue for international customers.
Ø To provide the best resolution to the customers.
Ø Maintain the better relationship with the customers.
Ø Meet the customer’s requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries.
Salary : 25k ctc to 30k ctc
Exp - fresher and experience both can apply
We have hiring in bulk
We need excellent communication skills
And basic knowledge of computer
Requirements:
Ø Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate.
Ø Freshers.
Ø Good communication skill (Verbal & Written) – Most Important
Ø Basic Computer Knowledge
Ø Flexible (24/7) environment = 9 hours – Night, Noon, Day – Business req.
Ø 5 days Working
Additional Benefits for Candidates
· Relocation bonus of Rs. 10,000 (International process) after probation period - 3 month
· Free Guest House Accommodation for 15 days = only Stay
· Travel tickets reimbursement up to Rs.700.
· Candidate are eligible for an IJP - Internal Job Posting after 12 months. – Across INDIA
· 18-24 month – eligible for abroad
