Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and account management
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
- Meet or exceed performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
