Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer issues and escalations effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with account setup, product questions, and technical support
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve processes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet and exceed customer service performance goals and metrics
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, upholding a positive image to customers
- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
