IGT is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to quickly resolve customer issues. Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer service to IGT clients
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Provide product information and technical support to customers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management
- Meet or exceed customer service goals and metrics
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on problem-solving and teamwork
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
