Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to IGT clients
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Provide product information and technical support to customers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management
