Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service throughout the organization
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Keep thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve customer service skills
- Contribute to a positive work environment by actively engaging with colleagues and supervisors.
