Job Description
1. Sales Generation:
Proactively identify and generate new leads.
Conduct sales presentations and meetings with potential clients.
Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on policy renewals.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
3. Product Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance products and services.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
Educate clients on the features and benefits of various insurance policies.
4. Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities and client interactions.
Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
Assist clients with policy applications and paperwork.
5. Requirements:
Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
