Job Description
We are hiring for Customer Representative/ Promoter for Yulu Sales Promotion.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to address client needs and concerns effectively.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team success.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and expectations are met.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service delivery.
