Job Description
- Engage with international customers through outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize excellent communication skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Work in a fast-paced environment as a part of the international BPO team
- Maintain a professional demeanor while building rapport with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Handle high volume of telecalling activities with efficiency and accuracy
