Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude
- Educate customers on products, services, and promotions
- Update customer records accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
- Stay current on company policies, procedures, and industry trends
- Effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and remain calm and composed
