Job Description

- Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience
- Meet and exceed customer service metrics and KPIs
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and promotions
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
