Job Description
- Provide high-quality customer service and technical support to clients
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Create and update documentation for troubleshooting procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat

- Previous experience in customer service or technical support preferred
