Job Title: Customer Support Executive (CSE)

Job Description:
Startek Bangalore is seeking Customer Support Executives (CSE) to join our PhonePe MHD Support team. As a CSE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to PhonePe customers, assisting with their inquiries, and resolving issues effectively. This position is open for both freshers and experienced candidates.
Location: Bangalore Shivaji Nagar
Salary: Up to 23,000 INR per month + 3,900 INR Bonus Quarterly
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about PhonePe services and products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high-quality service standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Hindi and English with excellent communication skills.
- Versant 3 level certification preferred.
- Prior experience in customer support is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
