Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for all company secretarial matters
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements
- Maintain and update company registers and records
- Coordinate and organize board and company meetings
- Draft and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
- Provide advice and guidance on corporate governance best practices
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as regulators and auditors
- Manage all communication between the board of directors and shareholders
- Keep abreast of changes in legislation and regulatory requirements
- Handle any other duties as assigned by senior management.
