Job Description
Specifications:
- Designation: Client Servicing Intern
- Qualification: Graduate
- Availability: Immediate Joiners Only
- Stipend - ₹ 12,000 per month + ₹ 3,000 performance bonus
- Location: A-61 B/3, Sector-63, Noida, UP (Work from Office)
- Shift Day: 5 Days Working (Mon-Fri)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in sharing the suitable shortlist to the associates
- Assist in in uploading the lead into the system
- Add application on CRM as per the confirmation received by the associate and Fill PAF
- Documents Segregation of the merged PDF received from the associates
- Upload all the documents as per the task created on our CRM.
- Assist in connecting with existing agents, answering their queries and resolving their issues.
- Onboarding the new agents and will collate data for different locations in India.
Job Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor's / Master's degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and sales skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
