Job Description
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
Identify client needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
Communicate with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings
Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met
Conduct client satisfaction surveys and act upon feedback
Maintain accurate client records and update client information as needed
Follow up with clients on a regular basis to ensure their ongoing satisfaction
Manage client expectations and ensure they understand our services
Monitor client accounts and ensure timely payment of invoices
Assist in the development of marketing and promotional materials
Attend industry events to network and promote our services
