Job Description

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Generate reports and analyze data to track client satisfaction and engagement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients
- Attend client meetings, conferences, and events as needed
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM system
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive client retention and growth
