Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages from clients, donors, volunteers, and beneficiaries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve inquiries, concerns, and feedback effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about the company’s programs, services, and events.
- Maintain and update records of client interactions and transactions, noting details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
- Meet or exceed customer support performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and client satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve overall customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for improving service quality and suggest enhancements to processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Stay updated on the company’s offerings and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements:
- 12th Passed or Graduate.
- Fresher and experienced candidates both are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with client concerns.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
